Tom Johnson

About Tom

Performing throughout his school years in every school production, Tom always enjoyed performing and presenting and always had his sights set on a career in the industry. Having trained professionally at Rose Bruford College of Speech and Drama, Tom went on to have a successful acting career, appearing in various roles: seeing him have a stint as a semi regular in Family Affairs (Channel 5) The Bill (ITV) Casualty (BBC) Waking the Dead (BBC) Midnight Man (ITV) and various national commercials (Spec Savers / Domino's Pizza).

Always with a huge passion for presenting, Tom continued to embark on various cheeky presenting projects off his own back over the years, and often was invited to do charity gigs and various projects for directors and colleagues he met along the way - such as an on-line campaign for University TV, (UCTV) a new interactive on-line domain for Universities UK wide. As his desire to present became his priority Tom moved away from acting and finally bit the bullet to take his passion further, gaining professional training with Presenters Inc, to develop his skills.

Being seen at a charity event a company called MovieBeat approached Tom and he went on to present red carpet interviews for the London Film Festival for the BFI on-line streaming and accompanying pieces to camera. From here he was seen by various distributors and proceeded to do a number of national road show tours presenting live on stage for Momentum Film, 20th Century Fox and even appearing as the face of big brand easyJet's 'Fun in the Sun' national game-show tour.
