Belle Lupton

Belle is bright, opinionated and multi-talented. A glamorous Oxford graduate with a voracious appetite for investigation and reporting what’s going on in the world around her.  It’s no surprise that her chosen career is in Broadcast Journalism, where she’s already made her mark and is highly regarded as a producer on programmes such as BBC Radio 4′s “Today”, “BBC Breakfast” and Al Jazeera News.   But it’s on camera as a presenter that she really flies, mixing her passion for telling a good story with her natural flair to communicate and entertain.  Her top class journalistic credentials along with this likeable enthusiasm on camera are what make her such a class act.

 

With her first class degree in English Literature and a genuine love of theatre, cinema and music, Belle is your go-to girl on all things cultural.  From singing in a jazz band to Burlesque dancing, she doesn’t just sit on the sidelines.  And with 53 countries already under her belt, Belle is also a prolific traveller, as happy backpacking as five-starring it.  Her mother is French so Belle is bilingual, and after four months living in South America she speaks almost fluent Spanish too. Always going the extra mile, Belle is also heading out to space – hers is set to be the first family in space on Virgin Galactic.

 

Her two years at ITV Fixers spent reporting stories about young people, often in vulnerable situations, showed Belle she wants to use her skills responsibly to tell the stories of the voiceless.  Producing and directing charitable campaign films with young people from all walks of life, Belle was excited by the power of new media to get a message across.

 

Belle has a really positive energy about her on camera, which makes her accessible and easy to watch.  She takes direction well and brings with her a wealth of knowledge and life experience which is invaluable.
