Sarah has been broadcasting since 1994 when she got her break in television at Nickelodeon. Since then she has worked for MTV (Singled Out), Channel 4 (The Girlie Show), Channel 5 (The Mag, Nightfever), ITV (Blind Date Kiss And Tell) and the BBC (Live and Kicking, CBBC and the mighty Top Of The Pops: RIP) and many more too numerous to mention.

Most recently she has appeared on Sky Sunrise, This Morning, The Wright Stuff and she is also a regular reporter for The Travel Channel, most recently travelling to Georgia for the Essential Series of travelogues.

Sarah is also an in demand voice over artist, has her own production company and blogs for The Huffington Post and her own website (www.sarahcawood.co.uk).

In her (quite limited!) spare time, she loves cleaning, gardening, baking and making chutneys.

Sarah is thrilled to be a part of the Presenters Inc team and is looking forward to discovering and training up the next generation of TV talent!
