Reem is a multi award winning broadcast executive with extensive experience across factual and entertainment television for children’s and family audiences. She has either developed, directed, produced or exec’d a whole range of content from The Apprentice to Beat the Boss, from Newsround to Blue Peter, Beckham’s Hotshots to Alesha’s Street Dance Stars.

She has a long history of nurturing on screen talent having worked with household names as varied as Lord Sugar and Saira Khan, Jake Humphries and Kirsten O’Brien, Fern Cotton and Reggie Yates. Many of the children’s presenters she has worked with over the years, from Andi Peters to Zoe Ball, went on to great success and popularity.

Reem has over 20 years’ experience at the BBC and in her most recent role she was responsible for the on air talent strategy for the new BBC North at MediaCityUK, Salford Quays. She believes in finding the perfect balance of charisma and credibility which combine to make great communicators who engage well with the audience they are talking to.
