That was the theme of this year’s EssilorLuxottica digital event and the North Europe Senior Leadership Team really ramped up their on screen firepower. 

A real gift for us to work with such a stellar raft of passionate and determined executive talent -  some familiar and some new faces too. We ran pre studio online coaching sessions with each client - all 20 of them! - nailing down their content and getting them ready to hit their authenticity and authority markers.  

We wrote the main anchor scripts and then Sally directed performance from the studio floor, ensuring that the energy and enthusiasm was on track and on brand. 

Great to be back in Buz’s Winchester HQ with Dom and the awesome crew at Designed Event Production.  Plus, always a pleasure to work with the hugely impressive Jacinta Turner and class act, Chris Smart and his team from Event Exchange.
