Coaching up Repair Shop favourite to take the lead with his own brand new BBC series.

We spent a wonderful hour or so with expert craftsman and set designer Dom Chinea to get him prepped up to drive his own brand new series “Make it a Market” for BBC Daytime. In particular the art of doing a great commentary - a craft in itself. We looked at his own personal branding, the programme’s branding, how to mark up a script plus the practicalities of actually being in a sound booth - projection, practising the cues etc and then the holy grail…how to inject dynamics so that the words zing off the page and onto the screen. Authority and authenticity were the two watchwords of the session. Dom smashed it and was a total pleasure to work with because he’s so passionate about getting it right and he’s such a lovely guy!
